Terms of Service

By accessing or using AICare24x7 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including clinic administrators, healthcare assistants, and patients.

AICare24x7 provides a medicine reminder and clinic management platform that includes: • Smart medicine reminders via push notifications and voice calls • Patient management and health tracking • Clinic administration tools and analytics • Assistant commission tracking and management • Multi-role access for healthcare providers The Service is designed to assist in medication adherence but does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for: • Safeguarding the password used to access the Service • Any activities or actions under your account • Restricting access to your account and devices • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access You must not use a username that is offensive, vulgar, or infringes on anyone's rights. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"), depending on the plan you select. Payment Terms: • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy • We may change subscription fees with 30 days notice • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred Free tier users receive 25 patient slots permanently, with no credit card required.

You agree not to use the Service: • For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws • To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit minors • To transmit spam, advertising, or promotional material without consent • To impersonate any person or entity • To interfere with or disrupt the Service • To attempt unauthorized access to any systems • To collect user information without consent • To upload viruses or malicious code • For any purpose that could damage, disable, or impair the Service • To use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

IMPORTANT: AICare24x7 is a medication reminder tool and does NOT provide medical advice. • The Service does not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals • Always follow your doctor's instructions regarding medication • Do not change medication schedules without consulting your healthcare provider • In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately • We are not responsible for any health outcomes related to medication adherence The information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: • Breach of these Terms • Request by law enforcement or government agencies • Discontinuance or material modification of the Service • Unexpected technical or security issues • Extended periods of inactivity • Non-payment of applicable fees Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AICare24x7, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account • Any interruption or cessation of the Service • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months.
